Introducing ‘Neuromorphic Computing and Engineering’

Abstract The standard nature of computing is currently being challenged by a range problems that start to hinder technological progress. One the strategies proposed address some these develop novel brain-inspired processing methods and technologies, apply them wide application scenarios. This an extremely challenging endeavor requires researchers in multiple disciplines combine their efforts simultaneously co-design methods, supporting architectures, underlying technologies. journal ‘Neuromorphic Computing Engineering’ (NCE) has been launched support this new community effort provide forum repository for presenting discussing its latest advances. Through close collaboration with our colleagues on editorial team, scope characteristics NCE have designed ensure it serves growing transdisciplinary dynamic across academia industry.
